PES Modern College of Engineering placement cell is responsible to provide placements to all the students of the institute. PES Modern College of Engineering T&P cell offers students pre-placement training programmes. PE Society’s Modern College of Engineering's placement department keeps in touch with the industry to stay up to date on any and all changes in the corporate sector.

PE Society’s Modern College of Engineering placement cell organises industrial visits, internship training, and projects of industrial relevance for students, the institute fosters industry-institute interaction. Giving a review to my college is quite good

Placements

The placement’s are very opportunistic for the students as very good Companies are there ready to hire students with good skills and talent in their respective fields. 70 percent of students were placed. The highest package offered was 24LPA for Computer Science Student. Base salary offered was 7-8 LPA. The overall staff was very supportive during that time.

Placement cell in the college is above average as per my opinion. The college do have a placement cell but the rate of placed students is comparatively low. It is not hundred percent sure that you will get job through college.

can I get admission in mcoe pune through jee main

Hi there!

Well the admission in Modern college of Engineering, Pune is based on the MHT-CET score of student belongs to Maharashtra state and JEE Mains/MHT-CET score for the students belongs to other state an Individual, a merit list is been made considering JEE Mains/ MHT-CET and 12th examination result where the students get to know their All India Ranking.

All those who wants an admission in Modern College of Engineering, they have to register for counselling round conducted through Centralized Admission Process, where students have the choices of filling colleges and branch name as per their priority.

However the cut off of branches of any college is set by the colleges itself.

Hence students belonging to Maharashtra state have to appear MHT-CET and students from other states have to appear MHT-CET or JEE Mains.

Yes, P.E.S. Modern College of Engineering is a good choice for the ENTC branch only if you are interested in higher studies in the nearby future. But, if you are more focused on placements in this branch then this is not the right option for you because the placements in this college in the ENTC branch are not so good.

P.E.S Modern College of Engineering, Pune is a good college for the ENTC branch. But it seems you are more focused on placement. So, placements in this college are not so good. So, if you want to join the ENTC branch and want good placements, this is not the college. You should choose some other college and go ahead with it.
