For your AP EAMCET Rank it is difficult to get B.Tech Computer Science Engineering branch in Pragati Engineering College, Andhra Pradesh based on previous year's Closing Ranks i.e 16138 for OC Category Boys. So try for some other College or go for Management quota seats.

Pragati Engineering College, Surampalem was established in 2001.  It is affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and accredited by NAAC and approved by AICTE. Pragati Engineering College gives admissions to B.Tech and M.Tech programs. 556 students got job offers from the recruiting companies.

Raghu Engineering College located in Visakhapatnam is established in the year 2001. It is approved by AICTE and accredited by NAAC by ‘A’ grade. The college offers UG and PG courses in engineering stream. College offers placement to its students in IBM, Polaris, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini. Placement is decent in institute.

Both of the colleges have good infrastructure and provide good facility and teaching quality for the students.

Pragati Engineering College is an autonomous private college which was established in 2001. The college is NAAC accredited with grade "A". Electronics and Communication Engineering is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education and offered by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.  The total number of seats in ECE is 300 and the fee of the course is around 3 Lakhs. The placement record is also good. The average package offered for the ECE graduates is around 3.5 LPA.

On the other hand, Vignan's Institute of Information Technology is NAAC A+ accredited and AICTE approved. the infrastructure and teaching facility is also good. The total number of seats in ECE is 210. The average package offered for ECE graduates is around 3 -3.5 LPA. So, both the colleges are good and it depends upon your choice of interest.

Both the college has one or the other same kind of placements. Companies like tcs,Infosys and wipro are major recruiters . They offer an average base of 3.5 L. to 4 L per annum. It also has pretty good infrastructure with seminar halls, water ro plants, auditorium.

Pragati engineering college is also a decent one . It has good infrastructure and the placements are also same in case of this college.
