Very poor Placement is there. There were hardly any placements for civil department at the college when I was studying. The mass recruiters were for Computer science, Information technology and a few for ENTC department

Placements

As a Mechanical engineer I was not happy with the placement as only one core company came for campus placement. Many of mechanical students got placed in IT compnies. More than 40 percent of mechanical students got placed in IT sector.

As per the placements is concerned undoubtedly vidhyabharyi college of engineering and technology Pune is a better one to choose as the median salary is 5L which is higher as compared to Rajarshi shahu college of engineering.

In infrastructure and faculty too vidhyabharti is a better one to go ahead with.

Hello,

Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering was established in 2001. The institution is approved by AICTE and id affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. The college has NAAC A grade and the UG programs of the college are NBA accreditation. The college offers UG courses in Mechanical, electrical, civil, IT, ECE and computer science engineering. Also Diploma , MBA and various M.Tech courses are also available in the college. The college hold good placement record. The average package offered for the B.Tech candidates is around 4 lpa.
