Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh(1102), Dhanbad.

Eligibility Criteria

1 Graduates from any Recognized University, Agricultural University, Open University, and Deemed University in, Arts, Science, Commerce, Home Science, And Agriculture Science are eligible to appear at admission test.

2 Along with the graduates, the candidates appearing for degree examinations of March/April of the academic year from any Recognized University, Agricultural University, Open University, and Deemed University in; Arts, Science, Commerce, Home Science, Agriculture Science are eligible to appear at admission test.

3 Candidates having equivalent degrees from other Universities are not eligible for B.Ed courses e.g. Sanskrit-Shastri Degree-Sahitya-Sudhakar.

4 For applicants of open Category other than Backward class (OBC) and Special Backward Class (SBC) Category minimum 45% marks in degree examination inessential. For applicants of scheduled caste minimum of 40% in the degree examination is required

Admission Details

Admission shall be the basis on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the slate Government/U.T. Administration and the University.
