I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you haven't mentioned the course in which you want to get admission,  if you are about the bhms course which you have tagged in your question dear , then it's a big no,  you cannot get admission into bhms after qualifying 10+2 from arts stream as to pursue bhms you need to qualify the neet  examination but to eligible for neet examination you need to have qualified your 10+2 from science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as subjects.
