Please note that these are approximated ranks available on the internet by the college itself. So, it is safe to say that you might get into the college. The question seems to be little not understanding because you have nit mentioned the name of any particular college regarding which you have looking for but as you want know about Scholarship than you have to contact to the officials of that particular college so that you can get a proper information about how to avail the benefits and also the complete fees structure of that particular college.
