Passed 10+2 with at least 55% marks in aggregate from recognized Board/University with 45% in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects from Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, and Biology + JEE Main

For Lateral Entry to 2nd Year of B.Tech: a Diploma in Engineering/ Technology course of 3 years duration or more from the Haryana Board of Technical Education, or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in all the semesters.

OR

Passed B.Sc with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and with a minimum of 50% marks.

M.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering
