The above-mentioned B.Tech. programs like Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering are subcategorized into specialized programs with CSE specialized in Cyber Security, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Each program has a different approved intake with Computer Science Engineering having the highest at 240 seats.

M.Tech.: RBUSET M.Tech. programs include: Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, among others in specialization fields like Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, and Internet of Things. Admission may be based on the performance in undergraduate evaluation and scores in relevant entrance exam for any of the M.Tech. programs. Nearly all the intake approved for an M.Tech program is worth 12 seats.

PG Diploma: The institute runs a PG Diploma in Railway Signaling and Telecommunication with an intake of 30 seats out of 30.
