R.E. Society's R.P. Gogate College of Arts and Science and R.V. Jogalekar College of Commerce, Ratnagiri, as an autonomous institute in Maharashtra, India. Level wise Admission System

B.Sc: The college provides 8 specializations for B.Sc students. Admission in the college will be done from the merit list prepared from marks of 10+2 level. Specialization areas are provided as follows.

• 35 students are accepted in B.Sc Biotechnology by the college which is approved in the intake quota.

M.Sc: There are 7 M.Sc programs available, including Physics, Computer Science, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Zoology by Research, Microbiology, Mathematics, and Biotechnology. Admission is typically based on the candidate's performance in their bachelor's degree and may include an entrance test or interview. The M.Sc Biotechnology program has an approved intake of 20 students.

MA The college offers 7 MA courses, namely: Sociology, History, Sanskrit, Hindi, Economics, Marathi, and English. For admission, merit is considered, based on marks obtained in relevant bachelor's degrees. The Intake for the MA English programme is approved to be 1 student.

Ph.D: Doctoral programs are offered in Physics, Commerce, Chemistry, Zoology, and Hindi. Entrance tests are permitted; in this, interviews will also take place. If a candidate has got their master's degree from that particular field, one can apply for this program.

B.Com: B.Com offers two specializations that are general B.Com and B.Com in Accounting and Finance. Admission will take place based on merit-list prepared by 10+2 marks in Commerce stream.

BA: The college also offers BA courses with BA English. Admission will be done through merit list drawn from 10+2 marks of the respective students in arts stream.

BMS: This is another available program, BMS, i.e., Bachelor of Management Studies. Admission to the course may depend on marks of 10+2 with possible additional selection process.
