SSAIET Navsari Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

S.S. Agrawal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SSAIET), Navsari is AICTE-approved affiliated college that offers engineering courses in Gujarat. The institute follows a reasonable and transparent admission policy for its various undergraduate and diploma courses. SSAIET admits the scores of Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) for Bachelor of Engineering (BE) courses, which is a state-level exam taken by students pursuing engineering as a career option.

BE eligibility criteria in SSAIET are the pass of 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as mandatory subjects. The applicants should also be qualifiers of GUJCET exams to be eligible for admissions. 

Application Process

The S.S. Agrawal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Navsari application procedure is as follows:

1. Appear for the GUJCET examination: Candidates must register and appear for the GUJCET, which is conducted online. The application for GUJCET 2025 is scheduled from December 15, 2024, to January 7, 2025.

2. GUJCET Result: After the examination, wait for the GUJCET results to be announced. The result will determine your eligibility for admission to SSAIET.

3. Counselling Process: The shortlisted students will be invited for the counselling process of GUJCET. In this counselling process, candidates can select SSAIET and their chosen stream of study.

4. Document Verification: Shortlisted students for a seat in SSAIET will be required to report to the institute for document verification.

The documents one needs to submit are generally:

• Score card of GUJCET
• Mark sheets and certificates of 10th and 12th classes
• Category certificate (if required)
• Domicile certificate (if required)
• Any other document as required by the institute

5. Fee Payment: After successful document verification, candidates will have to pay the admission fee for securing their seat.

6. Enrollment: Candidates will be registered in their preferred program at SSAIET on payment of the fee.

BE Programs

SSAIET runs five full-time BE courses with an intake capacity of 60 students per course:

1. BE Chemical Engineering
2. BE Civil Engineering
3. BE Computer Engineering
4. BE Electrical Engineering
5. BE Mechanical Engineering

Admission in these courses is based on the performance of the candidate in the GUJCET exam. The total course fee for each BE course is Rs 277,828.

Diploma Programs:

Three full-time Diploma courses with an intake capacity of 60 students per course are run by SSAIET:

1. Diploma in Computer Engineering
2. Diploma in Electrical Engineering
3. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Admission procedure to diploma courses can be varied compared to BE courses, and the total fee for one diploma course is Rs 107,100.
