Boys Hostel
The college has an excellent hostel facility. The college has separate and secure residential facilities for boys. Accommodation at Saintgits consists of 6 separate hostel blocks. Library
The Saintgits College of Applied Sciences(SCAS) Library functioning here as an information disseminating center catering to the needs of students and staff community has a major role in paving the way for better academic excellence. The SCAS library has been providing specialized collections of Books, Journals, Magazines & Non-book materials. The Collection is replete with 7004 Volumes of Books, 30 National and International Printed Journals. The Saintgits College of Applied Sciences Library has access to e-resources of DELNET (Library Networking). The OPAC uses kiosks for searching the library collections. The Library has collections of DVDs and back Volumes of Periodicals.
I.T Infrastructure
The College of Applied Science has an impeccably furnished computer lab that houses close to 130 highly configured computer terminals networked and administered by efficient administrators. The lab choreographs the connectivity needs for the completely automated campus. The primary purpose of the computer lab is to provide IT infrastructure services to all stakeholders at the college. It supports regular lab activities for UG and PG Batches, academic research, study, class assignments, and campus recruitment drive.
Transport Facility
The College Affordable and convenient transport facilities are provided to and from major centers like Ettumanoor, Kottayam, Changanassery, Thiruvalla, and Chengannur to a college campus. At present, there are 18 buses plying on different routes to help students and staff to reach the college safely.
Auditorium
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
Gym
The gym is the result of a constant endeavor of the institute to see that the students grow intellectually and physically. The College has a well-equipped gym and is strictly for college students and staff. The Gymnasium remains open in the morning and in the evening. Students can join the gym according to their convenience. The latest equipment is provided in the gym and the right guidance is given by trainers.
Sports
The College has a sports club SAINTGITS has successfully induced a sporting culture among the students and faculty, which is evident through the laurels achieved. The college has a fitness center located in the South block. Basketball court, Volleyball court, Table tennis, Badminton court, Cricket Net practice area, Chess, and an open ground capable of conducting football, cricket, and athletics are provided for the students and staff. Prominent Features are a vast playing area of 41860 Sq. ft, separate playfields for boys and girls, exposure of students to state and national-level tournaments, individual attention to every player through mentoring, indoor sports complex.
