SARDAR RAJAS MISSION HOSPITAL is a 1500-bed multispecialty hospital with all the facilities. The students will be given clinical training in our own hospital and also in different multispecialty hospitals situated in Nagercoil.

Sardar Rajas College of Nursing has a well-versed library with an adequate number of books, Journals, and online reference facilities for the students and staff. In our college library, we have more than 9,056 nursing books for various specialties and 25 national and international journals.

The college is well particular about the all-round development of the students. The students used to play basketball, volleyball, cricket, tennis, and indoor games like chess, charm, etc. Annual sports and cultural extravaganza unveils the nurturing talents among students on talents day.

The College has a well-equipped spacious computer laboratory with a sufficient number of advanced computers that offers excellent learning skill. We have the additional facility of internet connection for browsing. The students and staff can utilize this facility.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The Seminar Hall of Sardar Rajas College of Nursing Serves as an arena of knowledge for the staff and students for seminar conduction and Journal club presentation with the availability of a spacious hall and a seating capacity of 120 which are well-lighted and ventilated. Sophisticated equipment like LCD and PowerPoint induces interest and enhances learning.

Nursing Foundation Lab The Fundamentals of the nursing lab is well equipped with basic and sophisticated equipment like pulse oximetry, glucometer, Cardiac table, Manikins, and surgical instruments which enable the students to gain knowledge to prioritize the care and deliver basic and advanced nursing care to a patient with any medical and surgical problems. Audio visual aids like charts and flashcards are available to teach the patient and family.

Community Lab The Community health nursing lab is equipped with an adequate number of community bags with required articles to provide holistic, preventive, and promotive care. Audiovisual Aids like charts, Flashcards, flip Charts, Puppets, and flex boards are available to counsel and teach the client and their family. Important aspects of community health nursing are depicted as models for students to gain knowledge and acquire skills in the preparation and usage of models.

M.C.H Sardar Rajas College of Nursing has designed an MCH lab with well-furnished birthing simulators, maternal and Infant manikins, and models of NICU set up to provide hands-on skills for students to enhance effective maternal and child health care in clinical settings.

It also has audio-visual aids like Charts, Models, and Flashcards related to Antenatal care, postnatal care, Newborn care, Growth charts, and Immunization Schedules to improve the knowledge of patients through health education.

Nutrition Lab Our nutrition lab is a well-equipped laboratory. It has all the facilities required for a cooking demonstration and also the modern equipment like microwave oven, Refrigerator, Electric Stove, etc

Anatomy Lab Our Anatomy Lab is a well-equipped lab. It has all the facilities like models like heart, lungs, stomach, kidney, etc., Bones like the pelvis, clavicle, femur, skull, tibia, fibula, etc., Skeletal system charts like trachea, endocrine system, nervous system brain, etc.

The college has a guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The classrooms are well-ventilated and modernized with LCD projectors. Students have inbuilt storage facilities within the classroom.
