The college has allocated a separate building, which adjoins the hostel complex, for its medical facility. A doctor and a nurse have been appointed to attend to the medical emergencies of the campus residents. In addition to it a few super-specialty hospitals in the city of Amritsar provide medical care to its members.

The college is five in one Library. There are more than 3200 books purchased from reputed publishers along with a large number of magazines and National/International Journals and Newspapers. Both the libraries are “E-Libraries” and have the facility of e-books and e-journals. The library houses a 550 sq. ft. area of the College campus and consists of an adequately rich collection of books and literature. The Library of SPPC is adequately rich in its collection of books catering to most of the branches of knowledge, especially in Engineering, Innovation, and computer application.

The college has earned a reputation for success in intercollegiate competitions and tournaments, sometimes teaming up with other graduate colleges and schools. Students can participate in various sports programs like athletics, badminton, football, volleyball, table tennis, basketball, cricket, hockey, etc. Enthusiasm can be seen in students while participating. Every month, SPPC organizes a day Sports Meet on Saturday for the students on the campus athletics track. Students participate in all the events with full enthusiasm.
