The Central Library of SB Arts and KCP Science College was established in the year 1945. The Central Library aims to develop a comprehensive collection of print and electronic resources useful for the faculty and the students of the college. The library's primary clientele is the institution's students, faculty, and staff. To provide ready references at the workplace, 14 departmental libraries have been established. The Central Library serves as a gateway to the electronic and print information sources in the form of books, Journals, Periodicals, Reports, and CD ROMs, assisting the faculty in achieving their professional missions and, the advancement of knowledge through research and delivery of quality information. The Central Library supports a problem-based learning curriculum, evidence-based learning resources, and rigorous research. The library seeks to deliver data, information, and knowledge to local and remote users through state-of-the-art technologies.
