According to my experience and placement records of these colleges the order will PESIT>SRM>KIIT>UPES.

on the basis of NIRF(MHRD) ranking the order of these colleges will be SRM>KIIT>PESIT>UPES.

UPES is known for petroleum engineering. And remaining colleges known for placements .

All the mention colleges are one of the best private engineering college in India.

Well to answer your question UPES Dehradun and Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology are both among India's top universities. Comparing these two academically is quiet difficult. The course is supported by prominent professors, the majority of whom hold a PhD. All of the amenities are in good working order.

However, when we look at the placement record in UPES, it is even more outstanding. This isn't to say that KIIT isn't worthwhile. The most common fields of study in KIIT are CSE and IT. More than a hundred firms hire KIIT CS engineers. However, in UPES, the percentage of students who are placed is higher.
