School of Engineering and Technology, ITM University, Gwalior Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a boys’ hostel with a capacity of 1150 beds is located within the campus. The hostel is well equipped with basic recreation & indoor sports facilities that provide students with a homely atmosphere to strengthen the feeling of belongingness. Semi–mechanized and hygienic mess & dining facilities accommodating 800 people at a time has also been created.

The college has a separate girls’ hostel having a capacity of 200 beds is also located within the campus. Transport facility is also provided to hostlers for outings to the city. It is slated that the entire University is converted into a fully residential campus for students and staff in the next 3 years.

The College has established a state-of-art gym & health club in an area of around 11000 sq. ft. The Club has 31 workstations of the highest quality comprising of Jogger/Cycle/ Leg pull machine/Abdominal/ Butterfly/ Leg press/ Shoulder Press/Bench Press/ Twister/ Wrist curl with multigym facility supported by the requisite audio system. The gym is also supported by locker facility to keep the belonging of regular visitors.

The College has a well-furnished Guest House is maintained to accommodate guest faculty and prominent personalities visiting the University. It provides a homely ambiance and environment to the visitors.

The College's new sports complex offers a wide range of facilities and activities for students, teachers and staff which include world-class provisions for outdoor and indoor sports.

The College has an in-house modern Medical Health Care Center (MHCC). The Center, thus, provides preventive as well as curative health care services with a view to ensuring positive health of all the members of the ITM family. A full-time specialist doctor is stationed 24x7 hrs., who conducts regular health check-ups and provides medical attention as and when needed.

The College provides facilities for relaxation, exchange of views, and free discussions among students and faculty alike by establishing coffee points. These points are also instrumental in arousing the thinking process blended with objectivity and utility among young ITMites over a cup of coffee.

The College has a UCO Bank Branch is situated within the campus. Just close to the main gate of ITM, the State Bank of India has its ATM facility.

The College Central Library has added very significantly to its library and information resources by subscribing to EBSCO Business Source Elite providing 24 hours round the year access to 7000+ Business publications, Full-Text Journals & Magazines 1543, full-Text Peer-Reviewed Journals 1294,300 full-text journals indexed in Web of Science or Scopus,1131 peer-reviewed journals abstract, 288 trade journals and several business magazines, 144 monographs, 1491 country economic reports, 3158 industry reports and yearbooks, 528 market research reports, etc.

The College Convention Centre facility of the University includes an amphitheater ‘NAAD’ (with over 3000 seating capacity) and 5 seminar halls. The largest amphitheater of India at ITMU Campus is constantly holding witness to ever bubbling energies of youth.
