I am saumya shree pursuing ballb hons at central university of south bihar. I am really happy to tell you about the structure of this university. The structure is new and very beautiful. There different buildings for each department and 3 girls hostel and 1 boys hostel separate. It has 2 canteens and many fruit gardens. It also has a lotus pond near aryabhatta building which is also very beautiful. Overall the structure is very beautiful.
The academics are also really good at this university. classes are held regularly and professors are very knowledgeable but the only drawback that i find here is this that they don't focus on the main practical knowledge they are more into books and all but agriculture Department is quite different in this thought. There is wifi connectivity, library and laboratories etc.
Since it's a central university the placement is not that great here even when the placement cell is working very hard but i believe it may improve in future but currently it's not good. So here or there you have to work hard yourself.
Campus life is good but there isn't much to roam around in gaya except some temples oh and bodhgaya is a nice place to visit with friends and family. Suyash
The college infrastructure is really good. The college provide all the facility needed. The classroom are clean and have smart boards. The sport centre is very developed and they are well maintained.
Faculty members are supportive and educated. The teachers always clear our doubt even after working hour. The quality of education provided is top notch. The curriculum is updated and all the recent development in law field are taught.
Placement cell is still developing and the percentage of students who got placed is still low. The average package offered is 8 lakh per annum in BALLB. The college is supportive and the administrative makes the process smooth for students.
Definitely it is value for money. The semester fee is only 7000.
Campus life is active and peaceful. There are many things you can get involved with which will eventually improve you.
Building is still in process not completed yet. But still good place to have classes and comfortable totally. Infrastructure is good of whole university and it is beautiful. Greenery can be seen everywhere.
Professors are friendly and teaching good. But however self study is most important. Most of the important syllabus are covered and professors are available for clearing doubts. Professors are cooperative.
Placement was started few years back. And since it is in initial so now there are very few placements however number of placements are increasing year by year. Placements are being in good companies for example tata consultancy.
Infrastructure of our college is very pretty. The classrooms are big and has wifi connection all the time. College has canteen, parking lot, parks n a lot more. The library has many books and the spaces are cleaned. The hostel food is not that good.
The academic of our college is excellent and the teachers are very attentive and always guides us and clear our doubts. The dean take special classes and the quality of education provided is high as most of the teachers are from JNU and BHU
The placement cell is not very effective in providing placement to all the student. A lot of more efforts is required as it is not able to get most of the students placed on campus. The teachers are still trying a lot to invite more law firms in our college.
The quality of education provided in 7000 will not be achieved by any other institution.
There are many activities you can indulge in college other than just studying. Like sports, painting, singing, dancing. The staff's and teachers are well behaved.
Since it was established in year 2016, so it is still building. It has a very large area and campus is very big. Greenery is everywhere and it is beautiful. However whole campus is beautiful and especially rose garden.
Professors are friendly. Some professors teach very good that you will get understand nicely. However I'm in law department so I'm telling about law faculty. But everywhere there are some professors who will not teach you properly but that's a few.
Earlier there were no placement facilities in law department but from last 2 to 3 years students are having placement in good companies like tata consultancy. Corporate honours students are only to get placement.
Since I'm a law student I have seen how much other law college charges for law graduation and this college is the most cheapest law school in India. There are Pro Bono, Legal aid these things increase the value.
I enjoy being in college however sometimes we get person who find fault in everything but I like my college and university. If we are having good friends then automatically our campus life becomes good.
The buildings are very beautiful and all the buildings are made of red and white marbles. The university has different facilities like Canteen, Mess, Underground Auditorium, animal husbandry for agriculture students.
The course I am studying is BALLB. I am in my fourth year of the course. The various subjects has been taught to me like Law of Fort, Law of Contract, SEBI laws, Investment law, Public International Law.
The placements of the college are average. I have seen only few seniors getting job from the campus placement drives which are initiated by the Central University of South Bihar. The package they got are also average like 6 lakhs per annum.
Central University of South Bihar, located in Gaya, is underrated, surprising many with its extensive 300-acre campus. It features state-of-the-art academic buildings, well-equipped labs, a central library, sports facilities, and hostels, fostering a great learning environment.
Central University of South Bihar offers a diverse range of academic programs across various disciplines, including science, humanities, social sciences, and management. The university emphasizes research-driven education, supported by experienced faculty and modern facilities. Its rigorous curriculum and focus on holistic development prepare students for successful careers and further studies.
Central University of South Bihar has seen significant improvements in placements, especially in recent years. The School of Law and Governance, in particular, now attracts reputed companies like Bajaj Allianz, offering promising opportunities for its graduates. Previously, the university had no formal placement process, but recent efforts have led to successful campus recruitment drives, enhancing career prospects for students.
Central University of South Bihar offers exceptional value for money with its affordable yet high-quality courses. For instance, the fee for one semester of B.A.LL.B (Hons.) is just ₹7000, the cheapest in India. Despite the low fees, the university boasts the best faculty, providing top-notch education. This combination of affordability and excellence makes it a top choice for students seeking quality education without financial strain.
Infrastructure- provides an average quality of infrastructure. However there is minimal amount of accommodation facilities available in the college. The college has sports complex and has a separate hostels for girls and boys.
In law department classes are regularly scheduled from 10 to 4 and the faculties of the department has a lot of experience in different law fields. Every faculty has an expertise in different subjects like Outer Space Law, Sports Law, IPR laws.
The placement cell is at its intial phases and striving hard for securing placements and internship. One or two firms had provided placement in past two years. Although its is not very difficult to secure out side internship.
The infrastructure has upto average quality. The education standard is moderate and apart from that the administration of college is poor especially the higher ups. The hostel facility is poor, they are keen in knowing your personal life by installing camera at the hostel corridor.
Academic here is moderate only because of the effort of School and Law & Governance and its hardworking faculty apart from that the administration of entire university is awful and poor. The conservative thinking of higher ups are simply unresistable.
Placement cell is completely incompetent to secure the placement opportunities for students. In the last 2 year hardly 4 persons have been selected for placement at the job of legal assistant at Bajaj Finserv.
Infrastructure is very good. The college classroom is big. The library is nice and our college has parking lot. Parks are also there. The wifi is available all the time. Food hygiene is not so good. It needs to be improve.
Academic is overall good. The teachers are well educated and very attentive. The dean also takes special classes and teachers take us to visit court. The quality of education is good and it makes us job oriented.
Placement cell is working hard so that each student will get placed. The administration is very helpful and it tries that most of its student will get placed but it needs to improve and expand its connection.
Yes it is value for money. The fees of college and hostel is very less.
Campus Life is good. The staffs are very friendly. Location is in remote area and it is sometimes difficult to handle emergency.
