B.A. LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) are five-year integrated programmes that have an identical admission process. The selection is based on a combination of factors: 50% weightage is given to 10+2 marks, 25% to an interview, and 25% to scores from CLAT, LSAT, AILET, SULET, or the university's entrance test. Each programme has an approved intake of 60 students.

School of Law at Sushant University LLB (Hons) Admission Process

LLB (Hons) is a three-year programme based on this pattern but takes into consideration graduation or post-graduation marks instead of 10+2. The split is divided into 50% for graduation/post-graduation marks, 25% for interview and 25% for LSAT, SULET, DU entrance score, or the university's entrance test. The sanctioned intake is 60 students.

School of Law at Sushant University LLM Admission Process

The School of Law offers specialized LLM programs in Corporate Law, Constitutional Law, Intellectual Property Law, Criminal Law, Human Rights Law, Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Real Estate Law. The admission process for all LLM programs is uniform, with 50% weightage given to graduation marks and 50% to an interview, along with consideration of the entrance test scores.
