• Visit the official website of UPES Dehradun (admission.upes.ac.in/Login).
• Candidates desirous of seeking admission to any of the law programmes must apply online or offline at the admission office
• Fill out the UPES School of Law application form and pay the application fees of Rs 1750 through debit card/ credit/ net banking.
• Upload all the necessary documents.

School of Law, UPES Dehradun offers admission to undergraduate courses in multiple disciplines. The UG courses offered by the School of Law UPES Dehradun are BA LL.B (Hons.), BBA LLB (Hons.), B.Com LLB (Hons.) and LL.B. The below table indicates the UPES School of Law UG eligibility criteria.

School of Law UPES Dehradun Admission Process 2025: BA LLB (Hons)/ BBA LLB (Hons)/ BCom LLB (Hons)

• For UPES School of Law admission to 5-year UG law courses, candidates are required to meet the School of Law UPES Dehradun eligibility criteria.
• Candidates will have to appear for CLAT/ LSAT-India/ CUET and obtain a valid score. 
• Fill out the UPES School of Law application form and pay the application fee. 
• UPES Dehradun will conduct ULSAT for admission to UG law courses, for those who did not appear for CLAT /LSAT-India/ CUET. 
• Based on the candidates' performance in ULSAT/ CLAT /LSAT-India / Board marks /CUET, they are shortlisted for UPES School of Law admission to BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons) and BCom LLB (Hons) courses.
• Final admission is confirmed after verification of documents and payment of course fees. 

School of Law UPES Dehradun LLB Admission Process 2025

• Candidates are required to meet the School of Law UPES Dehradun LLB eligibility criteria.
• Fill out the School of Law UPES Dehradun application form by paying the application fee.
• Then, candidates will have to appear for a personal interview conducted by UPES Dehradun.
• Further, candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the personal interview. 
• Seats are allotted after verification of documents and School of Law UPES Dehradun admission fee payment.

Important Note: 

CLAT Merit/ L-SAT India Merit/ CUET

• For BA LLB (Hons)/ BBA LLB (Hons)/ B. Com, LLB (Hons): Candidates with minimum 50% Marks in Higher &Senior Secondary (10th & 12th) and CLAT AIR ranking up to 15000/ L-SAT India Percentile of 60 percentile or above will be exempted from appearing in ULSAT.

Board Merit

• For BA LLB (Hons)/ BBA LLB (Hons)/B. Com LLB (Hons): Candidates with 75% marks in the 10th and 12th main five subjects (English as one of the compulsory Subjects) are exempted from ULSAT.
• Up to 20% of seats shall be filled through the Board Merit/ CLAT AIR/ UL-SAT India Category. In case, any seat remains vacant UPES has the right to fill such seats through ULSAT.

UPES School of Law PG Admissions 2025

School of Law, UPES Dehradun offers admission to postgraduate courses in different disciplines. UPES School of Law courses at the postgraduate level include LLM programmes in multiple specialisations. UPES School of Law LLM eligibility criteria are mentioned in the below table.

• For UPES School of Law LLM admission, candidates are required to meet the UPES School of Law LLM eligibility criteria.
• Appear for the entrance exam: CLAT PG and secure a valid score in it. 
• Fill out the UPES School of Law application form and submit it.
• Candidates who didn't appear for CLAT PG will have to appear for ULSAT-LLM conducted by UPES Dehradun.  
• Following that, candidates are shortlisted for UPES School of Law LLM admission based on ULSAT-LLM/ CLAT PG scores.
• Then, selected candidates need to visit the UPES Dehradun campus. 
• The last step of UPES School of Law LLM admission includes submission of documents and payment of course fees.
