Intellectual Property Rights program offered by the School of Law at UPES is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal aspects related to intellectual property. Interested students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the LL.M. Intellectual Property Rights program as outlined below: Minimum 50% marks at Higher and Senior Secondary level (X and XII) and Minimum 50%marks in Graduation with LLM Degree or equivalent.
