DU SOL Delhi has a placement cell that helps candidates to get opportunities in good companies. They give time-to-time updates to the students through the official website of the college and conduct DU SOL Delhi placement drives and job fairs for different companies frequently.

Interested candidates must register with the DU SOL Delhi placement cell and fill out the form of the company to participate in the placement process of that company. The placement cell of DU SOL Delhi also invites the companies to participate in the placement drive and for that, they share a form with the companies whom they want to invite to the DU SOL Delhi placement drive.

DU SOL Delhi Placement Process 2025

The placement cell of DU SOL Delhi invites companies to participate in their placement drive.
Companies invited must fill out the form given by the DU SOL Delhi placement cell.
Candidates are informed regarding the particular job opening by the placement cell.
Candidates have to fill out the form to participate in the placement process of the company.
Candidates have to participate in the placement process such as group discussions and personal interviews.
The company will inform the DU SOL Delhi placement cell regarding the candidates they selected.
The placement cell assists the selected candidates regarding the joining process.
Candidates have to join the company on the given joining date.

Placements

There are no such placement opportunities...they promised to make students job ready but it's nothing like that... there placement rates are very low...if we want to take a decent job we have to learn skills by ourselves.

In school of open learning, delhi university there is quite chances of placement because of the structure of college patterns because their is no regular classes or activities are performed so practical knowledge is lesser in students so.

Actually I can't say about the placement but i have heard that the college has good placement Record in the past and the placement have been done in companies like big 4 , hul, nestle etc. The highest package is around 30lpa.

Have a question related to DU SOL ?

I want to do master's in psychology in SOL DU. But I'm also enrolled in private university with the same course. Can I enroll on both of the universities at the same time.

Hello,

Recently, UGC has approved a proposal to allow students to pursue two degree programmes at the same time. One of the degrees has to be in the regular mode and the other either in open and distance learning or online. However, in case you're asking if you can get in both the Universities in regular mode then it is not possible.

Also, there are a lot of universities who are not yet accepting the dual degree policy. They may accept it from a year or so as it was released this year. So you should get in contact with the college to know more about it.

I want to take admission either in MA in history or political science in SOL. Can i take direct admisssion from merit based or i have to appear for entrance? I have not done my UG from DU.

Hello aspirant,
To get into SOL all you need is the minimum eligibility marks that are provided by the institution.
The SOL doesn't have any kind of entrance test. Or exams rather the admission is solely based upon the merit and sometimes the interview.
So there is no entrance rate only merit and marks that are valuable
