Since you didn't specify the college name. I will tell in common
Should be passed with 45% in 10+2 from a recognized institute or college. And with that, you should have 50% marks (40% in case of candidates of SC/ST category) in Mathematics + Physics + Chemistry/Biology. Grades of entrance exams like - IITJEE, AIEEE, BITSAT, SRMJEE etc.
In some of the college the admission process is based on JEE mains score and in some college they conducts there own entrance exam

Ye college have some necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment In laboratories somethings are well maintained,hostel mess is need to some changing because of bad foods some students become unhealthy
All necessary infrastructure, facilities are present ( libraries,smart boards, laboratories..,etc.)and well maintained. Proper sanitation facilities are keep in mind. Nice college for students of b.tech in civil engineering course.
My college have all necessary facilities like computer labs, libraries and other labs too. Classrooms are clean and computer labs are well equipped with CCTV cameras and wifi. Everything is well maintained.
