SVKM’s Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, Mumbai offers admissions to candidates based on rules prescribed by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra. Candidates will be selected for Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic admission through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). There will be no entrance exam for Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, Mumbai admissions. Admission to SVKM’s Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, Mumbai will be given on the basis of merit. Candidates must meet the Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic eligibility criteria. As per the rules of Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, 50 % of the intake is reserved (minimum) for the candidate belonging to the Gujrathi-speaking linguistic community. The remaining 50 % are available for the Non-Gujarathi ie General category candidates.
The merit list will be prepared based on the scores of candidates in the qualifying examination. Shortlisted candidates will be mandated to pay Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic fees within the appointed time frame.
