Shri Guru Ram Dass College of Nursing, Hoshiarpur, is one of the leading institutions under the apex body, the Indian Nursing Council (INC). It aims at offering every level of nursing programs as diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate courses. Degree wise Admission Process

B.Sc Nursing: At Shri Guru Ram Dass College of Nursing, 60 seats are open for the B.Sc Nursing program. Eligibility includes passing the 10+2 examination with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The admission procedure may also take into account the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and obscured by any relevant entrance test.

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery): The college has availability for 60 seats in the GNM program. Typically, eligibility requirements include qualification at 10+2 with science subjects. There may also be an entrance examination held, followed by admission on the basis of merit.

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing: In total, this program allows 40 seats for applicants with GNM diplomas to submit their applications. Admission may be through a combination of applicable prior academic performance as well as further criteria deemed necessary by the college.

ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery): The total number of seats for admission to ANM is 40. The minimum eligibility requirement is typically 10+2. The selection process may also involve merit-based admission or an entrance test.

M.Sc Nursing: Several specializations are available in the field of M.Sc Nursing including Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, and Psychiatric Nursing. Each specialization has a limited number of seats ranging from 3 to 5. Candidates must hold a B.Sc Nursing degree.
