If you want to apply for the college under state quota then You will have to fill up the Uttarakhand MBBS 2018 application form to be eligible for state quota seats.

you will have to take part in counseling to see your chance. Also if you have reservation quota there might be a slight chance to get a seat. In general category you don't have much chance.
