Rishikul state ayurvedic college, Haridwar is popularly known as Rishikul Ayurvedic College. It was established in 1919 by Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya Ji, a renowned personality of India. The college was previously a part of the registered society ' Rishikul Brahmacharya Ashram Haridwar' which was established in 1906. This was the first government college of Uttarakhand state which has a huge infrastructure in 25 acres, it is 1KM away from railway station on the bank of holy river ganga.

This college provides BAMS, MS & MD in different aspects of Ayurvedic. Faculties are well trained, educated & the best guide you can ever have. If you have any doubts, you can ask for some extra classes, they will manage for you. As, some of the courses take more than 5 years to complete. Some teachers take multiple subjects, it becomes easy for us to have a great bonding with them.

This college provides you internship, based on your interests. After the completion of your course, it is somewhat necessary for you to complete your internship in any hospital. This college has many tie-ups with the decent hospitals in the city. It won't be a tough task for you to find an internship in the city. You should have a great bonding with the placement team.

As this is a government college, so you don't need to worry about the fee. Fee is quite nominal compared to other colleges. As, in medical, we know that the fee is high, so don't expect it to be low in any college.

This college covers around 25 acres of land. It consists of playgrounds, labs, classrooms & hostel areas. Campus life is good, as many famous places are nearby to it. There is no restriction on time, you can enter inside campus premises, but with warden permission.
