Shri Madhavrao Patil Mahavidyalaya, Murum. The college is located in Osmanabad, Maharashtra. Degree wise Admission Process

B.A.: The Shri Madhavrao Patil Mahavidyalaya has a large intake of 1320 seats in the Bachelor of Arts program. Admission is strictly on the basis of merit list prepared from the marks obtained in the 12th standard or equivalent examination. The college offers various subjects under the BA program, providing students with a wide range of options in humanities and social sciences.

B.Sc: There are 720 seats in the B.Sc course. Admission is purely based on merit that is marks secured in 12th standard with stress on science subjects. The college provides self-financed B.Sc Computer Science with 180 seats and B.Sc Electronics as a self-financed option for science students.

B.Com: Intake in the Bachelor of Commerce program is 420. Admission is given strictly according to the merit list prepared on the marks obtained in 12th standard, mainly keeping in mind the performance of commerce-related subjects.

M.A.: Post-graduate courses in Hindi, Marathi, Political Science, and Sociology have an intake of 120 students each. Admission is given strictly according to the merit list prepared from the marks obtained in the relevant bachelor's degree.

M.Sc: There are M.Sc courses in Physics and Chemistry, with a total of 60 seats for each course. Admission will be based on the marks secured at the bachelor's level in the respective science subjects.

M. Phil and Ph. D: Streams offered are English, Hindi, Marathi, Political Science, Chemistry, Physics, and Zoology. Admissions are made strictly on merit with other criteria as may be applicable to a specific discipline, like entrance tests or interviews.
