Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed (Bachelor of Education):
Shri Vaishnav College of Teacher's Training B.Ed course has a sanctioned intake of 100 seats. The admission to B.Ed course is merit-based, considering marks in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The selection process will follow the state government, UT administration, and university guidelines. The candidates should have passed graduation or post-graduation in a corresponding discipline to be considered for the B.Ed course.

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education):
The D.El.Ed course has 50 seats and has the same admission process as the B.Ed course. The admission is done on the basis of merit based on marks obtained at the entrance examination and/or qualifying examination. The process of selection is as per the policies laid down by the State Government or UT Administration. Those who have done their 10+2 from higher secondary education are usually eligible to take admission in the D.El.Ed course.

M.Ed (Master of Education):
Shri Vaishnav College of Teacher's Training's M.Ed programme has a intake capacity of 50 students. The entry is done according to merit and considering the qualifying exam marks along with entrance examination marks. Selection process will abide by the norms fixed by State Government, Central Government, University, or UT Administration. For joining the M.Ed course, one needs to complete their B.Ed or any other equivalent degree.
