Silicon Institute of Technology, Sambalpur is spread over an area of 37 acres of lush green campus. SIT Sambalpur offers its students multiple facilities within its campus that enrich their college life experience. SIT Sambalpur facilities offer separate girls and boys hostels where students experience the comfort of a home. The rooms are furnished with all the necessities like a bed, table, chair, mattress, wardrobe, and locker facility. Both the hostels have recreation rooms with entertainment and indoor games facilities. The institute has its own transportation facility for the convenience of its students and staff. There is an excellent IT infrastructure with high-speed internet that is available to both the students and faculty.

The college has departmental-based laboratories that are used for various experiments and research. The institute has a 200-seater, air-conditioned auditorium with an excellent audio-visual system which is often used for organizing seminars, conferences and movie shows. SIT, Sambalpur has 2 dining halls and 1 cafeteria on its campus, each of them serving fresh, delicious, and nutritious food from a variety of cuisines.

The college has state-of-the-art sports facilities, a gymnasium, an indoor stadium, well-furnished courts, that support all types of indoor and outdoor sports like Cricket, Basketball, Athletics, Badminton, Volleyball, Football etc, Logistics for Basketball, Volleyball, Football, GYM, Yoga, Table Tennis, Carom and Chess are available which facilitate the sports activities. The expertise coaching in specialized games and Sports also helps the students in enhancing their sports skills. Qualified Physical Education Teachers, GYM instructors, and Dance and music Teachers are available.

A guest house with 24 guest rooms is present within the campus in order to provide accommodation to the guests and visitors of the institute. There is a library that has numerous books, journals, magazines, newspapers, CDs/DVDs, and other reading resources. There is an on-campus first aid facility for students and also a 24x7 ambulance facility available for any emergency.

Boys Hostel
Silicon Institute of Technology Sambalpur has a provision for accommodation. The boys hostel is well furnished with all the necessary facilities. The residency has common rooms for recreation and a guest house is also available for the visitors. The hostel is administered by the Residence Committee comprising of administrative staff and faculty members.
Girls Hostel
Safe and secured accommodation is offered to female students. The hostel has all the basic amenities. Common rooms are also available for the students for recreational activities. Reading room, waiting room, guest house are also some of the additional facilities of the hostel.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria is managed by a Canteen Committee and serves four-time meal to the students, staff and faculty members.
Medical/Hospital
Medical assistance is provided to the students of Silicon Institute of Technology Sambalpur. Doctors visit the campus twice a week for regular check-up.
Gym

VLSI lab, Analog Electronic Circuits lab, Programmable Logic Controller lab, Instrumentation lab, Software Engineering Lab, Computer Organization Lab, Object-Oriented Programming and Database Lab, Data Structure and Algorithm Lab, etc. are some of the laboratories of the institute. There are varoius labs owned by several departments such as Computer Science and Engineering, MCA and Information Technology.
I.T Infrastructure
SIT Sambalupur has a computer department that has six laboratories that meets the computational requirements.

A guest room is present within the campus in order to provide accommodation to the guests and visitors of the institute.

Students can access the internet anywhere on the campus as it is wi-fi enabled.
Auditorium
SIT Sambalpur facilities include an auditorium that has a seating capacity of more than 340 students. Several conferences, events, workshops, theatre performances, etc. are organised at the auditorium.

College Infrastructure

Facilities like Skylab provide full-day Wi-Fi. Although classrooms are not air-conditioned, the library, equipped with Wi-Fi and AC, houses many books. The quality of food is excellent, and there are free medical facilities both in the hostel and on campus.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is good with spacious classroom and all other facilities. Digital classrooms and library with good books is provided. Hostel facilities is also provided and food provided in hostels are also good. Whole college campus is clean and well maintained.
