The cut offs are fairly high. To get a seat in the college, considering it's one of the most sought after colleges for architechture in India, the closing rank is around 60-70. A score of 140+ in NATA and percentage of 95%+ in 12th board exams will secure you a seat. Good luck.

Hello aspirant,
As per your query IF you are not from Maharashtra. So if you want JJ then you NATA score should be somewhat 140+ and boards % 95+. Still then your chances are rare. If you belong to any reservation category, then you can try.
NOW, If you are from Maharashtra then you will get admission to JJ with a decent NATA score, say. 100+ and a board % more than 80..
Last year 2018 cutoff;
For General Candidates:148.46
For SC Candidates: 128.69
For ST Candidates: 116.46
For SBC/OBC Candidates:150.2
All the best.

 ENGLISH SECTION

Read editorials from Indian Express or The Hindu daily make it a habit .

Solve SSC previous year papers because first they have good quality of questions , they are easily available online and they have the most number of  papers in a year .

If you are finding it difficult to score in  grammar you can go through the concept from books of English of someone who is studying in school .It will help you because of the kind of detailing that will provided  in that book

 QUANTITATIVE SECTION

Clear you doubts by taking help from RD or RS Sharma of 9th and 10th standard

Sir JJ College of Architecture, Mumbai

College Infrastructure

Necessary Infrastructure is present though cleanliness and hygiene is a little below average. No facilities like Wifi and smart boards are provided but they aren't really required for better learning of Architecture. Air Conditioned Lecture halls and spacious studios are present. The Canteen is not great in terms of food quality and hygiene but the location of the college provides many alternatives for places to eat.

Great but not excellent.

College Infrastructure

The campus is beautiful but usually unkempt. Although the studios and lecture halls are spacious and roomy allowing a lot of sunlight in. The Library is the best feature of the college and contains literally any Architecture book you can imagine. Food is not a 100% hygienic. There are no proper courts for sports, they are usually played once a year during fest on the common field that is shared by both the Arts and Architecture departments.
