Hello,

Hope you are doing well. Now come to your query , the fees structure of BAMS is different for different colleges , The BMS course fee may vary based on the quota set by the government and management seats and may extend up to INR 2 LPA for prestigious colleges. The average BMS course fees for most universities/colleges in India range between INR 8000-2 LPA.

Hope it will help you

Thank you.

hello,

NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is the entrance exam which needs to be qualified in order to be eligible for a seat in MBBS, BDS (dental studies), BAMS (Ayurvedic studies), Unani studies, BHMS (Homeopathic Studies) etc. This exam consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. The cut off marks for various categories are released by NTA (National Testing Agency) once the results are out.

However, "qualifying" the NEET does not imply that you have secured a seat in any college, you will have to meet the cut off for your category and course in the respective college which will once become known after applying for counselling. So, qualifying does not mean getting selection.

I hope your query is solved here.

Hi

No, you cannot get admission in  BAMS without qualifying Neet

This is because,

It mandatory to qualify Neet examination in order to take admission in BAMS as

Neet is the single gateway for admission  in all the medical colleges be it private or government  including AIIMS and JIPMER  for following courses

  • MBBS

  • BDS

  • Ayush courses( Ayurveda i. e BAMS , Unani i.e B. U. M. S, Siddha i. e BSMS, and Homeopathy i.e BHMS ) and

  • veterinary i. e BVSc. . ( neet is mandatory for only all india quota bvsc seats offered through AIPVT counselling, as some states also have their own entrance like RPVT in Rajasthan for state quota seats  ).

Here's, how you can get into BAMS

*First of all a ppear in Neet examination.

*Qualify neet examination. Qualifying cut off in neet is given below

  • General :- 50th Percentile

  • OBC:-  40th Percentile

  • SC :-40th Percentile

  • ST :-  40th percentile

To be on the safer side, target around 480 + marks for BAMS in a government college if you are from general category.

*Participate in neet counselling. There are 2 counsellings -

  • Ayush  counselling by AYUSH Admission Central Counselling Committee (AACCC)  :- It is conducted for 15% AIQ seats,

  • state counselling for 85% state quota seats

Details for counselling at :- https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/admission-ayush-courses-through-neet

*In the counselling, you can get a seat in a college on the basis of your rank in NEET examination and the category you belong to .

*Then you have to report to the college and get your documents verified.

* After document verification, finally you get admission in BAMS in college

Hi

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but if  you fail to qualify Neet examination then you can not get admission in any medical college be it government or private not even in BAMS , not even under management quota in private medical college

This is because,

Neet examination has been made mandatory to qualify to take admission in any medical college for  MBBS, BDS, AYUSH courses like BAMS etc

So, if you fail to qualify Neet examination you cannot get admission in any college  , leave India you cannot get admission in even abroad if you have fail to qualify Neet examination, as Neet is compulsory to qualify even for admission in abroad for medical or Dental College

So,
As you still have time left for you neet 2021. I suggest you to prepare well for neet examination so that you can qualify it ,first of all go well through NCERT and master it , make routine or timetable and religiously follow it , it should revolve around study,  practice and revision .After finishing each chapter you should practice questions of the same chapter and once you are done with complete syllabus, go through NEET mock test papers .

And don't worry we have Neet knockout program which will help you at every step of your preparation , the link for the same is given below
