M.Sc Computer Science (Self Finance): It offers postgraduate training in the specialisations. Total 60 intake positions. Graduates from various courses are also accepted if it includes a background of Computer Science/Computer Information. This postgraduate programme follows probable entrance based on merit scores gained through qualifying degrees or through some sort of entrance examination and/or interview.

M.Sc Organic Chemistry (Self Finance): It has 40 seats and is for graduates with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry. The admission process may be based on graduation marks and entrance exam or interview.

M.Sc Physics: It has 20 seats and is for graduates with a bachelor's degree in Physics. The admission process may be based on the candidate's performance in the undergraduate degree.
