M.A.: The college provides different specializations in Master of Arts, including Marathi, Economics, English, Political Science, and History. Each of these specializations has an intake of 60 seats. Admission is done through the merit list prepared from the bachelor's degree scores in the relevant subject.

M.Sc.: SNJB College offers M.Sc programs in Mathematics (90 seats), Botany (24 seats), Organic Chemistry (48 seats), Physics (24 seats), Analytical Chemistry (24 seats), Zoology (24 seats), Geography (24 seats), and Electronic Science (24 seats). Admission is provided as per the merit list prepared from the marks of the bachelor degree scores in the relevant subject.

M.Com: The college offers M.Com programs in Business Administration, Advanced Accounting and Taxation, and Advanced Cost Accounting and Cost System. Admissions are made through merit list prepared from B.Com or equivalent degree marks.

B.Voc.: SNJB College offers three programs of Bachelor in Vocation, Renewable Energy Management, and Analytical Techniques in Pharmaceutical Analysis with 50 seats. Admission will be through merit list prepared from the 10+2 scores and the students having relevant vocational background are given preference.
