Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed: The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program at Sonali College approves an intake of 100 students. The admission stages adopt the policies enshrined in the state government, UT Administration, and the associated university.

D.El.Ed: The Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) program has an approved intake of 50 students. Admission is on merit based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination and/or performance in the entrance examination. The selection process, therefore, follows the policies governing the state government and UT Administration.

M.Ed: The M.Ed program has an approved intake of 50 candidates. Admission is based on merit obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or by any other mode of selection subject to the policy of the state government, the university, or the UT Administration.

BA B.Ed: This integrated Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education (BA B.Ed) program has an approved intake of 50 students. Merit-based admission is awarded, taking into account the qualifying examination marks and/or entrance examination performance. The selection follows the policies set by the state government, UT Administration, and the affiliated university.

B.Sc B.Ed: The integrated Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education (B.Sc B.Ed) program has also an approved intake of 50 students. Admissions are made based on merit, considering marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or performance in the entrance examination. The selection thus follows the policies of the state government, UT Administration, and the affiliated university.
