Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Ayurveda College and Hospital Chennai is a reputed institution in conveying education in Ayurveda in all forms. The admission to its courses is solely on merit, ensuring the selection of the most deserving candidates. Degree-wise Admission Process

BAMS: The BAMS course at Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Ayurveda College and Hospital has 60 seats. Admission is done purely based on a candidate's merit in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects.

Doctor of Medicine (MD): The MD programs offered by the institution are MD Kayachikitsa, MD Panchakarma, and MD Rasashastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana, among others. Admission to these programs is made based on ranking in the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET). A BAMS degree is required for eligibility. 

Master of Surgery (MS): The institution offers MS programs like MS Shalya Tantra and MS Prasuti Tantra and Streeroga. Like the MD programs, admission is done through AIAPGET. Only BAMS degree holders are allowed to apply for these programs.
