According to me, B K Birla institute is a better option with an affordable fees and excellent faculty and departments. It has highly developed labs and it's placements cell is very active. It has a very good placement with avg package of 5-6 lpa and highest till yet is 22 lpa. 

SKIT is not so good with high fees and less facility and not so good faculty. It's placement department is not so active that's why there placements is very low with packages of about 2.5 lpa.

As per your rank in CET, you have average chances of getting admission in SKIT College. The cut off for SKIT is higher.

As per my knowledge, the college isn't registered under Nepal council as it in Bangalore, India. Next the college might have some collaboration with any college in Nepal.

So try getting more information about the college.
