Sri Polytechnic, Komand Facilities

Sri Polytechnic Komand provides various facilities to the students on the college campus. The Sri Polytechnic Komand facilities include Smart Classrooms, Seminar Halls, various Departmental Laboratories, a spacious and well-maintained Library, a Boys' Hostel, and a Girl's Hostel. The entire college campus of Sri Polytechnic Komand is fully Wi-Fi enabled.

The Sri Polytechnic Komand provides bus services to students and staff from Bhubaneswar, hostels, and other nearby areas. To keep the students fit and healthy and to develop the spirit of sportsmanship among the students, Sri Polytechnic Komand facilities include sports and games on the college campus for the students.

Boys Hostel
The college has a Hostel facilities are available for boys within the campus. Accommodation is available for more that 200 boys. Trained personnel are present in the hostels to provide a sense of security in the hostels. In additions, trained and experienced wardens take care of imamates.
Girls Hostel
The college has a Hostel facilities are available for girls within the campus. Accommodation is available for more that 150 girls . Trained personnel are present in the hostels to provide a sense of security in the hostels. In additions, trained and experienced wardens take care of imamates.
Library
The Institute has a library-cum-reading room facility. Currently the library is having more than 10,000 number of volumes & adequate number of relevant national, international, technical journals and periodicals, have been subscribed to aid faculty and student in active research work. The library can seat over 200 users. Reprographic facilities are available inside the library.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Laboratories
Well-equipped laboratories as per ISO standard with the latest version of the machines & equipments are up for grabs. Sri Polytechnic as an institute believes in the core principle of facilitating student for practical application for their knowledge. The laboratories of different disciplines are well-furnished to provide the largest platform for experimentation and research.
Parking Facility
The college has a parking space facility for its faculty, staff, and students.
Transport Facility
The college has it own fleet of vehicles to cater to the transportation needs of its students, staff members and visiting quests. These buses serve as the link between the campus and the city. The institute is well-connected to all major cities of the country by rail and bus.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
Cafeteria
The Institution also has provision for In-house canteen which provides hygienic foods to the students and staff members of all kinds of tastes. At present our STD Booth is housed inside the canteen. Sri Polytechnic,Komand,Nayagarh, Pitapally adopts special measures to ensure that the students are provided with healthy and hygienic food. There is a cafeterias inside the campus. The cafeterias and other eat outs function based on the Pay as you eat concept.
