Sri Ram Nallamani Yadava College of Education is a leading college offering education in the field of education since 2006 situated in tenkasi, Tamil Nadu. A coeducational college that is located in a 5 acre area, this college is specially geared towards building education professionals. Recognised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council and affiliated with the National Council for Teacher Education, it is an affiliated college striving to provide quality teacher education. Sri Ram Nallamani Yadava College of Education provides two regular courses in the field of education. The B.Ed program has the intake capacity of 100 and the M.Ed program sits 50 students at one instance. These programs are intended to prepare the students for professional practice in teaching and educational leadership. The college’s total student intake is 382 which bespeaks of how the college is keen on preserving the student teacher ratio for enhanced learning.

The admission criteria of Sri Ram Nallamani Yadava College of Education are entrance marks and/or qualifying examination marks. For B.Ed as discussed earlier the admission is done by open policy, formed by state government or UT administration or university as the case may be. Likewise, for theateralization of the M. Ed programme, the selection procedure is conducted as per the norms set by the state government, the university or UT administration. The college insists on equality and reason in admission to enable all hardworking learners to achieve their dreams of being educated.

This is true because the college has a Training and Placement Cell that helps students in the recovery of their career goals. This cell also provides the training facilities and different interview techniques for final semester students such as interviews, aptitude tests and group discussions for career development programs. It has links with giant industries and companies all across India and offers internship and placement packaging, both on-campus and off-campus, for the graduating students.
