Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is 5.5 years academic program containing the 4 and 1/2-year academic session and one-year internship program degree offered by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and approved by Central Council of Indian Medicine(CCIM).


Eligibility Criteria

Students must have passed the two-year PUC examination of the PU Education Board, Karnataka or Higher Secondary (10+2) or any other examination recognized as equivalent therein with English as one of the languages and Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate of the relevant Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology of the Second year PUC examination only).

Admission Details

Admission is based on Merit and eligibility for the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) examination.
