And remaining 310 seats are given under management quota.

25 seats for students who are excel in both academically and sports

25 for toppers of government rural school

Remaining 25 seats are for scholarship student .

The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With marks of 181, you can very easily secure a CSE,  SriECE,in IT or any other seat in Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar (SSN) College of Engineering in Kalavakkam as the opening marks for CSE brach was 166 and the closing marks was 199 in TNEA previous few years. As you have to attempt for the TNEA entrance examination so ssn college is a good college in tamilnadu and cutoff for most forward class is 12720 rank and general category cutoff rank 6000-7000 rank and cutoff for the obc 8800-9500 and pwd 7400 as this is a top college in tamil nadu as ssn college is an autonomous college which is aggregated by the NAAC and the practical as well as semesters examinations conducted in the college itself and marks are also given by that college only and it is affiliated by the anna university which is in tamilnadu state as this college offers 27 courses and you can prefer this college and by management also we can join in this college but according to 10+2 percentage and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.

The complete process  for having admission in SSN College for different courses is given below:

1. Application Process: Candidates will be able to get the application form from the college office or download it from the college website. Application fees must be paid where applicable.
2. Eligibility :
   • B.E. / B.Tech: Candidates must have passed the +2 examination or equivalent from a recognized board of education with relevant marks.
   • M.E. / M.Tech:  Candidates must have a B.E. / B.Tech degree or equivalent from a recognized university. Candidates must also have a valid GATE score to apply for admission. TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test) scores will also be considered.
   • MCA : Candidates must have a Bachelor degree from any recognized university with Mathematics as a subject. Candidates will also have to give the TANCET exam or any other state level entrance test to qualify for admission.
3. Selection Process: The selection process for B.E. / B.Tech are purely merit based. The candidates for M.E. / M.Tech will also be selected based on merit. But they must have a valid GATE/ TANCET score to apply.
