Sahayog Sevabhavi Sanstha's College of Pharmacy, Vishnupuri Admission Process

SSS College of Pharmacy, Vishnupuri, also referred to as Sahayog Sevabhavi Sanstha's College of Pharmacy, is a reputed college that is into pharmaceutical education. 3. Submission of Documents: Along with the duly filled-in application form, the applicants must submit other documents that are mostly:

  • 10th and 12th standard mark sheets
  • School leaving certificate
  • Domicile certificate (if necessary)
  • Caste certificate for students belonging to a reserved category
  • Current passport size photograph

4. Entrance Exam: In case of entrance exams, candidates appear for the particular entrance exam that is conducted either at state or national level, and scorecards are also enclosed with the application.

5. Merit List: College makes a merit list based on candidates' performance and entrance exam marks if any.

6. Counseling: They would be provided with the opportunity to go for the counseling session along with their concerned program and along with the available vacant seats if any tie-up.

7. Fee: Selected students have to deposit the fees in time so that their admissions can be confirmed.

8. Document Verification: All the submitted documents are verified by the college before the admission in the college gets confirmed.

Degree wise Admission Process

D. Pharma: The diploma in pharmacy is a two-year course with an approved intake of 60 students. Admission to this program is usually on the basis of the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination (10+2) and any relevant entrance test as prescribed by the state pharmacy council.

B.Pharma: The Bachelor of Pharmacy is a four-year undergraduate program with an approved intake of 100 students. Eligibility usually includes 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics. Admission may be based on performance in state-level or national-level pharmacy entrance exams.

M. Pharma in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance: This is a postgraduate program offered by the college. The admission criteria typically are a B. Pharma degree from a recognized university. The selection process may include consideration of the candidate's GPAT score or a separate entrance test conducted by the affiliating university.

M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Chemistry: Other postgraduate courses offered by the college. As is the case with M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, the entry requirement is usually a B.Pharma qualification and scores at relevant entrance exams or GPAT.
