St. Aloysius College, Alappuzha facilities include a library on the ground floor of its main campus, covering 4,679.25 sq ft and accommodating 70 users. The collection includes over 35,100 books, 49 periodicals, and magazines, supporting the academic pursuits of students and faculty. It utilises KOHA software for efficient management and provides 24/7 access to digital resources via DSpace. 

St. Aloysius College, Alappuzha facilities has a modern computing facility to support tech-based learning. The college houses a spacious computer laboratory equipped with 43 networked computers, servers, printers, and UPS systems. These systems are interconnected via high-speed LAN, ensuring efficient access to resources. The Mathematics Department also provides a dedicated Mathlab for practical sessions. 

St Aloysius College, Alappuzha facility includes a well-equipped gymnasium under the Physical Education Department with multi-purpose exercise machines for all the members of the Aloysian family to create a healthy generation. The athletes use this facility to build their fitness as part of their sports training programme. In the gym, different fitness equipment like a Training bench, Dumbbell set, Treadmill, Stationary bicycle, Barbell Set, Rowing machine, Low-impact treadmills, Ellipticals, Balance trainers and resistance bands etc. have been installed.

One of the main and refreshment spaces includes the Canteen facility, which is located in front of the main building of the college is one of the significant places of interaction for the students and the staff.  It provides delectable food at affordable rates to students and staff. Students find it the most suitable place to relax and discuss topics of their interest during their leisure time. The cafeteria remains open on all working days.

St. Aloysius College, Alappuzha, features the Mar Kavukatt Auditorium, a spacious venue with modern audio-visual facilities and seating for approximately 1,000 attendees. This auditorium hosts major events such as annual functions, award ceremonies, and inter-collegiate competitions. Additionally, the college houses two seminar halls, Fr. Punnapadam Hall and the Smart Room, both equipped with projectors, advanced lighting, and sound systems. 

St. Aloysius College facility provides on-campus accommodation for female students at the Marian Women's Hostel, managed under the Principal's supervision and by SABS sisters. Strict disciplinary guidelines are enforced, including mealtime regulations, study hour silence, and restricted visitor access. This STAC Alappuzha facility emphasises a safe and structured environment, with rules against ragging and mobile phone usage, ensuring a conducive atmosphere for academic focus throughout the academic year.

STAC Alappuzha facility includes a semi-Olympic swimming pool measuring 50 meters in length and 40.21 meters in width, with eight lanes and a water capacity of 1,890,000 litres. Constructed with UGC (XII plan) and management support, the pool features a UV water purifying system. Individualised coaching is available to develop skills in all four strokes.
