The college has separate hostels for UG and PG girl students. The UG hostel has 15 rooms and can acantccommodate 75 students. The PG hostel can accommodate 50 students. The mess is spacious with a dining hall and kitchen. The prayer hall will definitely provide a calm atmosphere for students for their meditation. There is a “Visitors Room” for visitors of the inmates. Training for yoga and meditation, stitching classes, and counseling classes are available for inmates of the hostel.

The St.Thomas College Co-operative Store functions for the benefit of the college community. All students are expected to contribute to the shares of the store. The fee for one share is Rs.10; the Registration fee and Association fee are Rs.5/- each. Textbooks, notebooks, stationery articles, and provisions are available at a moderate price. A purchase bonus is given to the members. Shareholders are given a dividend at the end of the year.
