Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by the Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Cuttack, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).


Eligibility Criteria

 candidate must have passed 10+2 Examination of CHSE or its equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and one from Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Biology/ Biotechnology or passed in 10+3 years Engineering Diploma including those having less than 60% marks in aggregate form SCTE&VT Odisha or equivalent. For admission into 2nd-year B.Tech (LATERAL ENTRY), a candidate must have passed in 10+3 years Engineering Diploma with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate form SCTE&VT Odisha or equivalent.

Admission Details

Admission is strictly on a merit list drawn from the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)
