Swami Satyanand College of Management and Technology, Amritsar, is an education center with multitude undergraduate and postgraduate programs.  The admission cycle at SSCMT usually corresponds to the academic year, with applications generally being open in the preceding months to the commencement of the academic session. The admission process, degree-wise

MBA: Admission to the MBA program at SSCMT is based on the Management Entrance Test (MET) conducted by the Punjab Government. The program has an intake of 60 seats. Candidates qualifying in the MET are eligible to apply for admission to the MBA program at SSCMT.

BCA: SSCMT has 60 seats for the BCA course. Actually, specific admission criteria are not given, but candidates having passed their 10+2 exams with relevant subjects should be eligible.

BHMCT: The college provides 60 seats for this program. Admission would probably be on the basis of academic merit with entrance exams for hotel management courses.

M.Sc. in Biotechnology: The university offers 30 enrolments under this postgraduate program. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or any related field.

BBA: The college has an intake of 30 seats for the BBA program. Admission would generally be on the basis of academic merit during the 10+2 examination.

B.Com. (Hons.): The college has an intake of 30 seats for the B.Com. (Hons.). Candidates who have completed their 10+2 in any stream including, but not limited to, Commerce or are awaiting their results can apply.

B.Sc in Biotechnology: The college has 30 places for this undergraduate degree in Biotechnology. Admission would most likely be based on results from the 10+2 with Science subjects.

B.Voc Programs: SSCMT offers several Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc) programs, including Hospitality and Catering Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Web Technology and Multimedia, and Beauty Therapy and Aesthetics, with each offering 25 seats.
