TBML College, Porayar Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

TBML College, Porayar, is a private affiliated college situated in Nagapattinam District, Tamil Nadu. TBML College generally adopts merit-based selection for courses but there might be some exceptions in different cases. The academic calendar runs from August-September onwards. Applications begin some months prior to this date.

Undergraduates must have completed their 10+2 from any recognized board in order to apply. Postgraduate students must have completed their bachelor degrees in the same or equivalent discipline.

Application Process

Application at TBML College, Porayar, is undertaken in the following way.

1. Visit the college's official website to check admission notifications and obtain the relevant application forms.

2. Download the form of application for the course of choice, which has to be filled accurately.

3. Put together all necessary documents, which normally constitute:

• 10th and 12th mark sheets

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Com.: TBML College provides the following four streams in B.Com: B.Com Cooperation and B.Com (Evening Shift). Admission is simply on the merit of marks obtained in the qualifying examination, that is, 10+2. The other Master's degree programs offered here are M.Com Cooperative Management and M.Com (Evening Shift).

B.Sc.: There are nine B.Sc. specializations, e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Zoology, Computer Science, Biochemistry, Information Technology, and Chemistry. The admission is totally merit-based, looking into the 10+2 marks in relevant subjects.

BA: Four BA programs, such as History and English Language and Literature (both regular and evening shifts), are offered by the college. Admission is according to the 10+2 marks, relevant to the subjects.

M.Sc.: For seven M.Sc. programs, including Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Information Technology, and Zoology, admission depends on scores obtainable from the bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline.

MBA-MBA Program for Evening shift. Admission to this program may require consideration of graduation scores, with some entrance test and/or interview.

M.Phil and Ph.D-The university offers research training programs for M.Phil and Ph.D. for various subjects including cooperation, commerce, history, mathematics, physics, zoology, English, and chemistry. Selection of the candidates for the research programs will largely be based on an entrance test and/or interview as well as the aggregate marks earned at the postgraduate level.
