TERII Kurukshetra Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college hostel premises comprise a dining facility in the Boy's hostels. The menu of the Mess is decided by the Students’ Mess Committees. The food served is of high quality and meets the acceptable quality standards as laid down under FSSAI and other Govt. food safety regulations. Special consideration is given to providing a well-balanced, nutritional diet with varying food tastes. TERii campus includes an in-campus hostel for the students. There are separate hostels for girls. These hostels are under surveillance 24*7 with the help of CCTV at the main entry gate, separate wardens, and 24*7 security guards creating a 3-tier security for the students residing in the on-campus hostels. The hostel provides a feeling of home away from home to the students. Keeping in view the same philosophy provides a secure, comfortable, and healthy environment for all the residents of the institute hostels. The hostel premises have a common TV room, tuck-shops (having stationary, bakery, juice, etc. shops), state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor sports facilities like a state-of-the-art gym, four snooker Tables, three TT tables, a fabricated Cricket Pitch, Olympic- size Skating Ring and more; providing the students an excellent outlet to de-stress and enjoy.

The college library has a total collection of about 20,000 printed volumes including books, textbooks, standards, and thesis & dissertations. Books are organized on open-access shelves in various collections. Books for professional reading, research, and supplementary texts are available. While most books are available for loan; books in Reference Section, Theses & Dissertations, Periodicals, and Standards can be consulted within the library. Subject to copyright regulations reference material can be photocopied. Photocopy Service is available in the library. A separate digital library has been established through which students can access more than 1200 National / International journals and thousands of publications. Latest volumes of Academic and Reference Books, Encyclopedias, Journals, and Newspapers, housed in the 13000 sq. ft., fully Air Conditioned Resource Centre, open during late hours and on off days, having a 400 seating capacity and an e-journal subscription facility provides the perfect ambiance for learning. The book bank caters to the needs of financially weak students. It is fully automated and all book catalogs have been uploaded to the Library automation software. Barcodes are generated and pasted on all books so that with the help of barcode scanners these can be issued to readers without loss of time.

The college has a state-of-the-art laboratory at TERII that facilitates the training and teaching of students in various streams. The labs cater to the needs of the students studying in their respective departments. Laboratories are fully equipped to meet the academic requirements as per the university curriculum. Also, laboratories comply with International standards which help the students to be well conversant with the various instruments. By handling the most sophisticated equipment, the students build up a high confidence level, which benefits them in the long run. A Project Lab with ultra-modern facilities has also been established. the main Lab includes a Thermodynamics Lab, Production Technology Lab; Fluid Mechanics Lab; Vibration Lab, CAD/CAM Lab; Microprocessor Lab, Microwave Engineering Lab, Multimedia Lab, & DBMS Lab. Students receive hands-on training on equipment that is used for actual production.

A physician of vast clinical experience attends to the general ailments of students daily and dispenses routine medications without any charges. also have counselors to deal with psychological problems to groom students’ behavior towards a responsible & aware youth. These counselors assist students in dealing with personal, relationship, study, and adjustment problems.

The college knows is imparted in the state of the technology-built computer labs. The campus includes 20 separate computer labs for different institutes and courses. All of these computer labs are connected with 50 MBPS fiber optic leased lines ensuring 24*7 data connectivity. The timings of the computer labs are very flexible. As per the student requirements, some of the computer labs are open late at night!! During examinations, the computer labs are operated even till 2 a.m. for the students to practice, prepare assignments, and gather study material online. Classrooms, Smart Classrooms, and E-Learning Projector Rooms: Well–lit, spacious, and well–furnished classrooms with modern technical amenities enable quality learning. The School Administration has developed a plan that allows the student body to enter and exit the property as quickly and effortlessly as possible.

The college students must submit a completed Parking Application to the Safety and Security Department for processing before parking a vehicle on the campus of TERII Public School. Students will be issued a Parking Pass which must be displayed in the approved vehicle at all times while on campus.
