TKR College of Engineering And Technology, Hyderabad placement cell helps in the smooth conduction of the placement drive. TKRCET Hyderabad placement cell trains the TKRCET students so that they have the required skills in them which are demanded by the recruiters in a job seeker. TKRCET Hyderabad placement cell not only focuses on enhancing the technical knowledge of the students but also helps them in brushing up the soft skills that will ultimately help them in their overall personality development. 

Various training programmes focussing in the areas of Aptitude, Quantitative Reasoning, Logical Reasoning and others are provided by TKRCET Hyderabad placement cell. TKRCET Hyderabad placement cell also provides many skill development programs such as enhancement of presentation skills, behavioural skills, people skills, technical and soft skills for the students. The TKRCET Hyderabad placement cell makes sure that the maximum number of students are placed in the top-notch companies. 

TKRCET Hyderabad Placement Process

• The TKRCET Hyderabad placement cell sends an invitation to the past and potential companies and interested companies in return gets back to the college and accepts the invitation for conducting the placement drive.

• The TKRCET Hyderabad placement cell then fixes their dates with various recruiters based mutually for conducting the placement drive and the slots are allocated to different recruiters at the fixed dates and a final schedule is made. 

• Students interested to be a part of the recruitment drive need to register for the placement drive and submit all required documents.

• Recruiters report to the college on the fixed date as mentioned in the schedule and conduct the drive and to begging with they deliver a pre-placement talk that is an interactive session where the company and the students interact with each other.

• Candidates interested to participate in the recruitment drive have to submit their CVs and these CVs are sent to the recruiters and they shortlist the CVs according to their respective eligibility criteria.

• Further, students whose resumes have been shortlisted need to appear and qualify for a written test which is generally based on Quantitative aptitude, Logical and Reasoning ability, English competency, etc to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.

• Students who will qualify for the written test also need to qualify Group Discussion on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students. 

• After clearing the GD round, students have to appear for an Interview namely a Technical Interview and an HR Interview conducted by various recruiting companies that helps to know about the overall personality of the students and whether the candidate is suitable for the job or not.

• Students qualifying all rounds of tests and interviews are finally successful in the recruitment drive and are offered jobs by the recruiting company.
