Unitech Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mirzapur: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

It is an affiliated college and was founded in the year 2015, Unitech Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mirzapur (UIET Mirzapur). Chunar, Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh is an Institution that focuses on delivering technical education to its students. UIET Mirzapur is an institution was established and is approved by the All India Council for technical Education [AICTE] to meet the standard quality parameters of the country. The institute’s diploma cost structure also provides four diploma courses in engineering fields with 168 total seats in many disciplines. UIET Mirzapur has a small but dedicated faculty of 26 teachers out of which the college tries to keep the student teacher ratio in control to ensure a good teaching learning environment.

The Programs at UIET Mirzapur presently include four diploma programme, this are all full time programme. 

They include Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Production, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Production Lateral Entry. The institute has intake capacity of total 168 students in these programs. There are 54 seats in each of the main diploma courses and 6 seats offered in the lateral entry program in Mechanical Engineering Production. The following are three- year diploma programs, although lateral entry is possible in two years These programs are intended to provide the students with the required applicative competencies and the relevant conceptual grounding in the chosen fields of engineering.

UIET Mirzapur admission is decided by the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnic, abbreviated as JEECUP, which is conducted for admission into B.Tech course as well. This entrance examination is held each year by the Joint Entrance Examination Council, U.P., during the months of April or May. The exam is conducted at different examination centers in Uttar Pradesh and is for the students those who passed 10th, 10+2 or ITI and those who want to do polytechnic diploma engineering course. 

JEECUP used as the primary entrance of students to get an admission to the diploma courses offered by the UIET Mirzapur. However, the institute also offers direct admission to other courses, thus catering for the wishes of other students.
