The University has currently two Boys' hostels within the campus with all the modern amenities. Accommodations for students are provided on a first-come-first-served basis. The hostel offers excellent lodging and boarding facilities to cater to the needs of both male and female students. Every hostel is supervised by a warden and a faculty-in-charge, who ensures that utmost care is taken to provide the best amenities to the students.

Every hostel is supervised by a warden and a faculty-in-charge, who ensures that utmost care is taken to provide the best amenities to the students.

The College has set up State-of-the-art laboratories, containing the latest equipment to ensure that the students get excellent facilities to thoroughly understand and explore the concepts as learned in the classroom.

The College Classrooms at USTM are well-designed and equipped with all modern teaching facilities and are Wi-Fi enabled. USTM has more than 150 lecture halls and tutorial rooms along with 6 Seminar Halls including 1 Central Auditorium with a capacity of 3000+.

The College has one huge Central Auditorium, one small Auditorium, and 3 mini Auditoriums cum conference halls on the campus to promote the conduct of international, national, and other University events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, meetings, placement programs, and cultural events. All auditoriums are well-furnished, air-conditioned, and equipped with modern projection and audio systems with access to the internet. The auditoriums feature fixed traditional theatre-style seating, raised stages, adjustable lighting, a sound system, and a large screen for video and computer presentations.

The College's objective is to build competitive teams in various sports like Cricket, Football, Basket Ball, Shuttle Badminton, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Athletics, and many others sports. USTM extends its full support to the sportsmen and helps them to achieve their ambitions. At USTM we encourage talented sports students by providing them with sports-centric facilities.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

A College has a Guesthouse located on the campus for University Guests, students, and staff members. The Guest House has a total of nine (9) well-furnished rooms {Eight (8) double rooms with a common Bath and one (1) quadruple bedded room with an attached bath}. It has safe and clean surroundings and is managed by helpful staff who attend to our guests at all hours.

The College Health Centre of USTM provides health care services to students, faculty and staff, and dependents of the University. The Health Centre at present operates under the supervision of a Medical officer, Dr. Jeetamoni Bordoloi (CMO). The medical staff consists of a Pharmacist and a Staff Nurse. The Health Centre offers general OPD services and initial care for emergency cases. The Out-Patient Department (OPD) functions from 10.00 am. to 3.30 pm on all University working days. In case of serious cases, the patients are referred to our tie-up hospitals in Guwahati City. The patients are ferried to the specialized medical center in our dedicated ambulance service. An in-house Pharmacy is also available in campus for all kinds of medical requirements.

The college has a library facility for all students.

The college has a good networking for the alumni association.

The college has a Moot Court Facility.
